DOT Secretary Pledges Support for Port Projects

John D. Boyd reports in yesterday's Journal of Commerce, a pledge of support by USDOT Secretary Ray Lahood for U.S. port projects in advance of the 2014 Panama Canal improvements.

Paul Loftus is a partner whose practice is devoted to transportation litigation.

Mr. Loftus has been actively involved in the defense of major derailment incidents involving hazardous materials releases, occupational injury claims, FELA personal injury incidents, maritime claims and property and flood damage claims.
